JOTUN are looking for dynamic and skilled candidates to fill the following position :
HR Generalist (HR01) – Cairo
Job role : -
Manages the day to day operations of the human resource and the administration of policies and procedures
Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : training & development, recruitment, organization develioment
Employees relations, human resource information systems (HRIS)
Payroll specialist (HR02) – Cairo
Job role : -
Responsible for performing all phrases of the payroll processing cycle to include tax deposits, returns, master payroll balancing and required governmental reporting in an accurate and timely manner
Implements forms and processes to streamline payroll function
Knowledge & Skils of :
Laws and regulations
Payroll tracking, reconciliation and reporting
Applying computer system software programs. Excel is mandatory
Standards and policies and procedures of payroll & benefits
Qualifications : -
Min 5 years exp. In the HR field, in organization with large employment headcount
Strong work ethic and team player
High degree of professionalism ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Ability to communicate with various levels of management
Decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills
Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
