اكلات خفيفة - اكلات سريعة

شاورما الدجاج بالزبده :

شاورما الدجاج بالزبدة , أكلات خفيفة التحضير , أكلات سريعة التحضير , اكلات سريعة , وصفات سريعة
المقادير:

- شرائح من صدور الدجاج مقطعة قطع مناسبة للشاورما ومتبله بالفلفل الأسود

والكمون والثوم والملح وزيت الزيتون( الثوم 6فصوص مدقوقة + رأس بصل ناعم جداً للتتبيل ).

- مايونيز ( حوالي 4 ملاعق كبار ) - ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون .

- سلطة لحشو السندوتش خس طماطم خيار جزر بصل اختياري .

- زبده لقلي الدجاج - بصل مشوي أو مقلي .

الطريقة:

يوضع الدجاج في وعاء ونضع له التتبيل ونقليه في الزبد حتى الإستواء. ثم اخلطي مايونيز ( حوالي 4 م ك ) مع 2 م ك عصير ليمون ثم تضاف لقطع الدجاج وتقلب نحضر الخبز اللبناني ويقطع لمربعات (8قطع) وتوضع الحشو على الطرف وتلف مثل السويس رول مع الخس والطماطم والبصل المشوي ثم تغلف بورق الشاورما أو في خبز لبناني صغير كامل أو مقطوع من النصف قطعتين كل قطعه على حده تقدم مع المخللات.

ساندويتش فيليه الدجاج بالمايونيز , أكلات خفيفة التحضير , أكلات سريعة التحضير , اكلات سريعة , وصفات سريعة
المقادير:

- 2 صدرين دجاج مقطعه شرائح فيليه رفيعه- ومتبله بالفلفل الأسود والكمون والثوم والملح وزيت الزيتون( الثوم 6 فصوص مدقوقة + رأس بصل ناعم جداً للتتبيل ).

- مسحة من المايونيز على الخبز .

- مربعات جبن كرافت - خبز أقترح خبز شامي أو توست .

- سلطة لحشو السندوتش:

خس- طماطم- خيار -جزر - بصل اختياري . - زبده لقلي الدجاج .

الطريقة :-

- توضع شرائح الدجاج في وعاء ونضع لها التتبيل ونقليه في الزبد حتى الأستواء.

- نمسح الخبز بالمايونيز . - اضيفي شريحة من الدجاج ثم شرائح الطماطم الرفيعة والخس وشريحة من الجبن الكرافت المربعات الرفيعه وباقي السلطة اختياري حسب الرغبة ونسخنهم في الفرن أو التوستر الضاغطة لثواني أو حتى يسيح الجبن وممكن نسخن الخبز وبعدين نحشيه ويقدم هنيئا وكما ذكرت سابقا أن قلي الدجاج في الزبدة يعطيه نكهة خاصة وطعم لذيذ .



المقادير:

- 2 صدرين دجاج - 3 ملاعق مايونيز - ملعقة شاي ملح . - ملعقة شاي فلفل أسود .

- ملعقة طعام جبن كرافت - خبز شامي .

الطريقة:


1- أغلي الدجاج بالطريقة العادية ... ثم اخلطي المايونيز والفلفل والملح

- أضيفي الدجاج بعد إستواه إلى الخليط يخلط جيداً .


سندويشات اللحم المفروم :
اكلات خفيفة - اكلات سريعة
ساندويتش لحم مفروم , أكلات خفيفة التحضير , أكلات سريعة التحضير , اكلات سريعة , وصفات سريعة
المقادير:
- لحم مفروم - طماطم مقطع - بقدونس - ملح - فلفل أسود - بصل مقطع
- خبز خفيف ويفضل الصغير .

الطريقة:

1- نطبخ اللحمه بالطريقة العادية .

2- نفتح الخبز مع الجانب فتحة صغيرة ونحشيه باللحمه بعد أن تبرد*ثم تلف بورق شفاف بعد دهن الورق والخبز بقليل من الزبدة، ثم توضع في الفرن على نار هادئة من20 إلي25 دقيقة.


ساندويتشات التونة .

ساندويتش تونة , أكلات خفيفة التحضير , اكلات سريعة التحضير , اكلات سريعة , وصفات سريعة
المقادير :-
- علبتي تونة مفتته - كيس من شرائح التوست الاسمر أو صمون أسمر .

- ملعقة طعام مايونيز - عصير ليمونتين - ذرة ملح فلفل أسود كمون .

- خس وطماطم وخيار وبصل اختياري .

الطريقة :-

- تصفى التونة من الماء وتفتت بالملعقة .

- توضع في وعاء ويعصر عليها الليمون ، ويضاف المايونيز والفلفل والكمون وذرة الملح ويقلب الجميع معاً .

- تقطع أطراف شرائح التوست بالسكين تدهن بقليل من المايونيز .

- تحشى كل شريحتين بمقدار ملعقة طعام من الخلطة السابقة والقطعة الثانية نضع بينها وبين القطعة الثالثة السلطة المذكورة ثم تقطع الشرائح المحشوة من الزواية لتعطي شكل مثلث مغروس بعود ين لتثبيت ووضع حبة زيتونه للتزيين

حلوى ايطاليه لذيذه (تراميسو) معناها ( طلعنى لفوق)
المقادير
8 أصفر بيض - 3/4 كوب سكر - 1/4 كوب ماء - كوب نسكافيه محلى ومركز
ملعقه جيلاتين بودره - ماء دافىءللجيلاتين -600 جرام كريم اتشيس ( جبنه الحلويات - جبنه قشطه )
شيكولاته مبشوره - كيك شرائح او سيوسرول

الطريقه حلوى ايطاليه لذيذه (تراميسو) معناها ( طلعنى لفوق) المقادير 8

يتم ضرب البيض مع فانيليا جيدا

عمل كرمل من السكر والماء ( حرق السكر ثم اضافه الماء عليه والتقليب المستمر)الى ان يتكون كرمل سائل

يتم وضع الكرمل الى البيض ثم الضرب جيدا

يتم وضع 600 جرام كريم التشيس على السابق

ثم اضافه جزء من النسكافيه ( ملاحظه التذوق حتى لا يكون القهوه مره على المقدار وذلك باضافه القهوه قليلا قليلا )

اضافه الجيلاتين بعد اذابته فى الماء الدافىء لها

ويضرب معا كله (الخليط)

احضار طبق بيركس يتم وضع الكيك او سويسرول شرائح رقيقه و يتم اضافه بعض القهوه عليها لكى يأخذ النكهه
وضع الشيكولاته المبشوره ثم وضع الخليط السابق

ثم طبقه كيك ثم القهوه ثم شيكولاته ثم الخليط ثم شيكولاته مبشوره من فوق ويوضع فى الثلاجه لمده ساعه ويقدم بارد وبألف هنا

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform general accounting functions, including operation of the GL system and, month-end close work 
• Responsible for the preparation of accurate financial reports and supporting schedules, as required 
• Responsible for account reconciliations that include multi currency inter-company accounts 
• Highlight to the Management the potential issues affecting expenses, balances or cash flow 
• Analyze revenues and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis 
• Assist the Finance Manager in analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances 
• Assist the Finance Manager in financial and tax audits 
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing Corporate reporting requirements

1- Senior Linux Administrator

- UNIX/Linux command-line toolkit: bash, awk, sed, tcpdump.
- Scripting experience in a UNIX/Linux environment in Python, Perl, Bash shell scripting.
- Certification in any of LPI 1, 2 or Red Hat Certified Engineer.
- Deep understanding and experience with UNIX/Linux users/permissions/ownership management and philosophy.
- Experience with operating an infrastructure of, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, pureftpd, vsftpd, Red Hat, Fedora, Gentoo.
- Experience with performance aspects in high-traffic websites and huge data loads.
- Understanding of UNIX file systems, ext3/4, VFS, NFS.
- Understanding of caching techniques and technologies.
- Capabilities of SQL scripting.
- Understanding of IPTables management and firewalling.
- Networking experience in: IP, TCP, UDP, routing, etc.

Job Description :

Job Purpose Overall responsible for handling the payable accounts and supervising the accounts payable accountant.

• Plans, organizes and, manages the operations and activities of a centralized A/P function

• Supervises employees, monitors activities and, satisfies reporting requirements

• Proceeds on own initiative with less guidance

• Responsible for decision making, policy development and implementation of decisions and/or policies

• Reviews A/P documents prepared by subordinates for accuracy, completeness and conformance to policy 

• Authorizes for payment 

• Creates and implements changes to work assignments, methods, or procedures to meet operational needs, improve accuracy and efficiency of the A/P system 

• Formulates, recommends and implements changes to department policy or procedure to ensure integrity of the A/P system 

• Recommends modifications to the existing system and implements modifications through co-ordination with all departments involved in A/P function 

• Ensures accurate entry of transactions to accounting system 

• Ensures compliance with statutory regulations governing payment to vendors including 




Job Requirements:

• Post Graduate or Intermediate certification holder in Finance & Accounting 

• 5-7 years of experience in the field of Accounts or related operations is required.

• SAP proficiency 

• Fluency in English and Arabic

• Accuracy in detailing 

• Analytical skills 

• Problem solving and time management 

• Aligned with Statutory Compliances
