Position Description


Overall Position Purpose
To provide administrative support in the area of employee recognition, communication, grievance, HR intranet site (future project), management of employee welfare programs that reinforce business strategy, and improve employee satisfaction and morale.

Reports To: HR Manager


Accountability


Communication
To administer AL BORG communication plan in coordination with the concerned departments to include follow up of posting AL BORG ads, newsletters, announcements, executive orders, etc on bulletin boards, e-mails, AL BORG intranet and other various communication channels as per the set standards.
To communicate HR policies and procedures with all relevant departments, obtaining required approvals, advice cycle etc and update on Human Relations Database.
To communicate Human Relations various policies, procedures, programs, plans, etc to AL BORG staff using multiple channels of information.
Conduct period visits to AL BORG facilities (factories and office), conducting hearing sessions to staff complaints, wishes, concerns, queries etc, consolidating the same, preparing required reports for valid points of concern, referring the same to the Human Relations Supervisor for observation and to take appropriate action.


Recognition
To implement, co-ordinate and promote awarding system and programs to encourage a culture of high performance and reinforcing the company values.


Administration
To administer AL BORG various awarding costs to enable the ER Unit Head to have an accurate record of expenditure against budget.


Qualifications, Skills, Competencies and Experience

Qualifications
§ Bachelor Degree
§ HR Certificate / Diploma is preferred

Experience
§ 1- 3 years relevant HR experience.

Skills
§ Presentation skills (excellent)
§ Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
