Role Purpose:
-The CFS Coordinate will supervise the daily operations of Child Friendly Space (CFS) for Syrian refugees in one community area. •Advocate on behalf of and with children to ensure that other international and local service providers in the area act on behalf of children affected by the crisis in relation to the child friendly spaces;
•Contribute to staff performance reviews as requested by the Project Officer;

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in social studies or in development related fields;
•Minimum of 1-3 years experience in development projects/humanitarian aid with a special focus on working with children at risk;
•Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing and negotiation;
•Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and able to take decisions independently in fluid context;
•Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and good working knowledge of English is desired;
