Job Description:
============
1. Participating in the process of maintaining the general ledger and the related accounts with proper documentation and records of the company’s transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with the established accounting principles and controls all changes to chart of accounts.
2. Performing verification and reconciliation tasks for invoices/receipts/balances according to accounting department checks and balances procedures.
3. Ensuring accuracy of cash balances and cash flow and handles all banks communications with regards to LGs.
4. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date & auditing daily entry for the treasury.
5. Responsible for tax deduction from suppliers in coordination with the auditor.
6. Responsible for preparing the required data for internal and External Auditors.
7. Compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare entries to accounts.
8. Checks and approves all vouchers for payments.
9. Recording and reconciling monthly payroll.
10. Reviewing payments in coordination with the auditor and getting acceptance from the general manager.
11. Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
12. Responsible for monthly analysis of AP and supplier’s down payments.
13. Responsible for issuing checks on due date.
14. Reviewing and compiling monthly financial statements, expenditure analysis, and a budget control to ensure transparency within departments.
