Recognize the street signs below? They are from the hallways of Esther Elementary School. Click on the links to see the banners hanging in the cafeteria. The business that made the signs is no longer in operation. The signs are made out of 1/8" metal. The sign measures 5" x 20" with additional 2" turned at a 45 degree angle making the attachment tab. August--Self-Worth: a person's thoughts or feelings about his or herself.
September--Responsibility: doing what is expected and holding yourself accountable for your choices.
Maplecrest conducted an assembly emphasizing Courage--here is a picture from that assembly.
October--Respect: valuing, listening to, and treating others and their belongings with honor.
November--Courage: doing the right thing, regardless of what others might say or do.
December--Caring: help other people and be thoughtful of their feelings and needs.
January--Peace: resolving conflict in a positive manner.
February--Honesty: being truthful at all times.
March--Cooperation: working together toward a common goal while showing respect and consideration for all.
